I've been doing this for 16 years, and is only the second new 221/genk 31 ever come across. A used version of this mirror in great condition with just pigtails is available another listing for the mid $300.

This is a Gentex 221 autodim mirror with maplights with negative door trigger wire and Compass temp in new condition all accessories. Wire cover and connectors included. Awesome piece. Only one you'll find, and most likely the only I ll have for foreseeable future.

Has been tested and works great. These mirrors are VERY hard to come by. It can be installed in any vehicle with a standard wedge mount mirror.
